Return eligibility
To qualify, a product should be unused, in resalable condition and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals and included components. The return window begins on the recorded delivery date.
How to start a return
- Sign in to the Amazon account used for the purchase.
- Open Your Orders and select the HOUSNAT product.
- Choose the available return or replacement option and follow the provided shipping instructions.
- Package all components securely and use the authorized label or return method.
Refund timing
After the return has been received and approved, the refund is normally processed within one to two business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time before the credit appears.
Damaged, incorrect or defective items
If an appliance arrives damaged, incomplete or different from the item ordered, contact the seller through Amazon promptly. Include photos of the product, packaging and shipping label when practical so the issue can be reviewed efficiently.
Exceptions
Used products, missing components, damage caused after delivery or returns outside the permitted window may not qualify for a full refund. Amazon’s displayed return eligibility and applicable consumer law govern each transaction.
